Rebecca Feinerman is an Associate Educational Therapist (pending approval) with a Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Special Education. She brings over a decade of experience working with students with diverse learning needs in private, public, and non-public school settings. Most recently, she served as a Learning Specialist and administrator at Milken Community School, supporting middle school students with ADHD, dyslexia, processing disorders, and executive functioning challenges. In this role, she collaborated with teachers, families, and counselors as part of the student support team to develop individualized strategies that promote student growth. Previously, as an RSP teacher at Gabriella Charter School, Rebecca was the case manager for students with IEPs and supported them in general education classrooms with academic help and accommodations.

Rebecca is trained in the Wilson Reading System, Lindamood-Bell’s Visualizing and Verbalizing program, and The Writing Revolution. She specializes in structured literacy instruction, study skills, writing support, and executive functioning coaching. Her passion for education stems from both personal and professional experiences, including growing up with a brother with severe autism, which shaped her deep understanding of neurodiversity and individualized support. Throughout her career, she has tailored strategies to students’ unique strengths and challenges, supporting them in building essential academic and life skills through scaffolded instruction and personalized coaching.

Before transitioning into education, Rebecca worked in the fashion industry. This creative foundation continues to inform her flexible and engaging approach with students. Outside of work, she enjoys concerts, going to the gym, beach days with family and friends, and relaxing with her two beloved dogs.
