Hannah Aftalion is an Associate Educational Therapist with a background in linguistics, teaching, and special education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and dual Master’s degrees in Teaching and Special Education from the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education. 

Hannah has experience supporting K-12 students in literacy, math, executive functioning, and self-advocacy skills across public and independent school settings. She served as an Upper School Learning Specialist providing support to students in eleventh and twelfth grades at Milken Community Schools and as an elementary teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing at Echo Horizon School. 

Hannah is trained in the Lindamood Bell program Visualizing and Verbalizing and the Wilson Reading System. She is dedicated to creating individualized learning environments to support student growth and helping students overcome their learning challenges. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys discovering new places and spending time with her family.
